My Mission
Dish You Well started as an idea to help people become healthier. My mission is to educate and empower Mamas to create a life of health and wellness for them and their families through mindfulness and nutrition.
Everything is connected from the way we view our bodies to the foods our children eat. As women, we set the example for the people we love especially our children. The way we live, eat and move is the way they will learn to do it. During our sessions, we will create action plans to achieve your specific goals whether that is learning the specs on toddler eating or weight-loss + health gain for you, Mama. While the pillars of good health never change, everyone is different and I am here to meet you wherever you are on your journey.

Christy Malloy
Hi, I’m Christy Malloy, a busy mom, health coach and founder of Dish You Well. My passion for food started at a young age with cooking, creating recipes and of course EATING. I never paid attention to, or even really valued the importance of proper nutrition until I was in my mid-20s. Leading to the positive changes, I had a weak immune system, anxiety, mood swings, digestive issues and PCOS. My body was begging me to open my eyes and become aware of the changes that needed to be made. Fast forward 14 years later, zero signs of PCOS in sight, my cycle is regular, my anxiety still surfaces but not nearly as much and I rarely get sick. This has been a journey for me filled with lots of small changes through the years. The positive impact making diet and lifestyle changes had on me was major.
Eventually, I enrolled in the Dr. Sears wellness institute for their master health coach certification. I fully immersed myself so I can help you! It is my true passion to help other people live a full, healthy, happy life. From feeding the little ones to cooking and managing your own wellness, I am here to help you. I see you out there hoping to lose weight, become healthier, feel stronger, have more energy, strengthen your immune system, wanting to make significant changes but you are afraid to start. That is okay we are all nervous when it comes to change. To change means to grow, and I am here to help you get started.
