Health and Wellness Coaching Sessions

45-minute weekly online video sessions. I will guide you in the direction of realizing / reaching your personal health and wellness goals. We will use mindfulness, nutrition, movement and sleep to get you feeling your best. In these sessions we also over the health and wellness goals of your family in order to create a home full of vitality. Available in bundles: 6, 10 or 15.

Pantry Makeover

This takes place in the client’s home. During the Pantry Makeover, the coach will teach the client about balanced eating, label reading (ingredients list and nutrition facts), and the dirty dozen. After doing a walkthrough of the client’s refrigerator and pantry we will work on substitution strategies and together create a shopping list to reflect the lifestyle goals of the client.

Grocery Store Smart Shop

Together we will create your personal agenda and goals when it comes to food shopping. After creating a smart, goal-oriented shopping list we will take a trip to your local grocery store to purchase all your food supplies for a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Meal Prep Workshop

One of the biggest (understandable) excuses people have when it comes to eating more healthfully at home, is that they do not know where to start. My whole mantra is to start where you are! There is success in the small steps where you have a fridge full of organic produce but have no idea how to prep everything or a pantry full of packaged goods but you have a desire to include more fresh foods into your life. We will work together to stock your kitchen with foods, recipes and goals that will be easy for you to prepare.

Sleep Silence Sweat Sustain

This program is designed to elevate how WELL you are living mind, body and soul. We will discuss the foundation of optimal health through the 4 pillars Sleep, Silence, Sweat and Sustain. We will not only go over the benefits but we will learn techniques so you can easily master each pillar. Everything we do is linked, it is important to view health as a whole.
Sleep – In this session we will learn how to set yourself up to have the best, most restorative sleep. We will cover which foods to eat, recipes for evening elixirs to benefit sleep and how to prep your day to ensure a solid nighttime ritual.
Silence – In this session we will cover mindfulness and its impact on how we eat and live. A mindful approach to eating allows us to tune with our body and allows for a healthy, balanced relationship with food.
Sweat – Did you know your body has its own internal pharmacy? Aside from burning calories, working up a sweat will benefit us in many ways. Learn more about how to optimize your health, immune system, and mental well-being by tapping into that internal pharmacy.
Sustain – FOOD. WATER. Essential to our survival. With all the (mis)information out there, it can be overwhelming for many to navigate healthy eating. I will guide you through how to go back to the basics when it comes to eating. We will go over pantry staples, easy meal ideas and discuss simple, effective tools to eat healthier without the overwhelm.

Prime Time Health Workshop

This program is broken down into four 90 minute sessions or an independent 90-minute workshop based on topic of your choice. This is a scientifically proven plan to help you feel healthier and live longer. This program is designed to help participants:
