This program is designed to elevate how WELL you are living mind, body and soul. We will discuss the foundation of optimal health through the 4 pillars Sleep, Silence, Sweat and Sustain. We will not only go over the benefits but we will learn techniques so you can easily master each pillar. Everything we do is linked, it is important to view health as a whole.
Sleep – In this session we will learn how to set yourself up to have the best, most restorative sleep. We will cover which foods to eat, recipes for evening elixirs to benefit sleep and how to prep your day to ensure a solid nighttime ritual.
Silence – In this session we will cover mindfulness and its impact on how we eat and live. A mindful approach to eating allows us to tune with our body and allows for a healthy, balanced relationship with food.
Sweat – Did you know your body has its own internal pharmacy? Aside from burning calories, working up a sweat will benefit us in many ways. Learn more about how to optimize your health, immune system, and mental well-being by tapping into that internal pharmacy.
Sustain – FOOD. WATER. Essential to our survival. With all the (mis)information out there, it can be overwhelming for many to navigate healthy eating. I will guide you through how to go back to the basics when it comes to eating. We will go over pantry staples, easy meal ideas and discuss simple, effective tools to eat healthier without the overwhelm.
