Buy organic of the dirty dozen whenever possible.
*Please note according to the EWG: A small amount of sweet corn, papaya and summer squash sold in the US is produced from GM seeds. Buy organically to avoid purchasing GM crops.
TIP: To save money it is great to buy organic frozen fruits and veggies. The frozen ones are picked during peak season and have plentiful nutritional value + are less expensive! =)
